 FG recycling system operates a complete treatment cycle on lasting goods, from the collection to the rescue, recycling and getting rid of. The whole of treatment waste operations begins from the collection phase, reception and stockage. Then components are removed in order to rescue and to make use of them again. Processing goes on with the carcass smashing for the selection and rescue of iron materials, not iron materials (aluminium, copper) and plastics, to end with the getting rid of the waste portion which is now technically indivisible and irretrievable. Treated gases are rescued by appropriate installations, condensed and stocked in suitable containers inside a controlled temperature room.

COLLECTION and RECEPTION

The whole of transfert good operations to the heart of treatment and their stockage and movement

PRETREATMENT and DRAINAGE
The whole of necessary operations in order to get the good ready for other operations:
Separation of mobile parts
Rescue substances/materials/dangerous parts
Preparation for dismantling phases

DISMANTLING and RESCUE
The whole of dismantling operations of the good in elementary parts.
The whole of entire systems rescue operations which can still be reused.

SMASHING and SELECTION IN TEMPERATURE ROOM

The whole of smashing and rescuing operations of polluting s.o.v. through smashing in temperature room and following separation of materials (iron materials, not iron materials, plastics...) to start off to real rescue.

             GETTING RID OF WASTES

The whole of the getting rid of wastes which cannot be recycled, started off to a controlled thermodestruction.
